These Terms and Conditions govern access to Noxino Casino and its casino, sportsbook and related services. By visiting the site, registering an account or using the available services, you agree to the current Terms and any additional rules that apply.
1. Who Can Open an Account

3. Depositing and Withdrawing Funds
The minimum deposit is €20, while the minimum withdrawal is €25. Available payment methods can vary by account and location, and may include cards, bank transfers, prepaid options and other methods shown in the cashier.
There is no withdrawal commission when deposited funds have been wagered at least once. If you request a withdrawal without using the full deposit for the services, reasonable processing costs may apply. Certain payment methods, foreign-currency transactions or third-party providers may also carry fees.
Before a withdrawal can proceed, deposited funds must have cleared, required identity and AML checks must be completed, the source of funds may need to be established, and there must be no relevant investigation affecting the account.
Default withdrawal limits are:

- €10,000 per week
- €20,000 per month
Withdrawals are generally processed back through deposit methods on a first-in, first-out basis.
Verification Requirements
Identity and fraud checks can be requested when required by law, regulation or Noxino’s internal procedures.
Verification may involve a passport, national identity card or driving licence, a photograph of the account holder and proof of address where required. Additional financial or source-of-funds documents can also be requested.
An account may be restricted while verification is outstanding.
4. Bonus and Promotion Rules
The best promotions have their own eligibility, wagering and expiry conditions alongside the General Terms.
Each deposit can qualify for only one promotional bonus. Bonus funds and related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable qualifying and wagering conditions have been completed.

5. Gameplay Standards
You are responsible for understanding the rules, limits and potential maximum payouts of a game before placing a wager. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and use of the services is at your own discretion.

Fraud, collusion, bots, exploitation of software errors and other unfair techniques are prohibited.
6. Technical Errors and Voided Bets
Technical problems are handled according to the circumstances.
If you are disconnected from a casino game, Noxino will attempt to reconnect the session. Where reconnection is not possible, unsettled stakes are credited back to the account. The Terms also state that Noxino is not liable for losses caused by technical, hardware, software or network failures.
Sportsbook rules allow affected bets to be voided when incorrect odds, scores, event details or other material errors have influenced a market. Rules for cancelled, abandoned or postponed events depend on the relevant sport and market. Where a bet or selection is formally settled as void, the applicable sportsbook rules determine how the stake is refunded or the remaining accumulator is recalculated.

7. Intellectual Property
Noxino owns, is authorised to use, or licenses the intellectual property used to provide its services, including website content, graphics, logos, software, databases and interfaces.

8. Responsible Gambling Obligations
You can choose to stop gambling temporarily or permanently and request self-exclusion when needed.

9. Limits on Platform Liability
The Terms provide the services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. They exclude liability for certain losses such as loss of profit or business and for service interruptions caused by technical, hardware or software failures.

11. Updates to These Terms
